ASSESSMENT

We will do an assessment to make sure there are no medical conditions of major concern, and to determine your present fitness level and functionality, so we can plan the frequency, duration, and intensity of your fitness program.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

You will get a copy of your fitness program that will involve cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training. 

Work

This is where we implement the program. I will make sure your are performing the exercises correctly and giving you the motivation you need to keep going. 

Evaluate/Achieve

After a certain time frame has passed, I will do another assessment to determine if goals are being met and whether we have to modify the exercises or change the frequency, duration or intensity.
